2024/2025 New Student Information
Calvary Chapel Schools (CCS) is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa Church. We are a Christ-centered school, offering a unique opportunity for students to be educated from Preschool through High School. Our mission is to build tomorrow’s Christian leaders today by engaging, equipping, and empowering students through Biblical truth, character development, and strong academic pursuits, preparing students to serve Christ and lead in their community. All of our classes are taught by teachers who are committed to a personal relationship with Christ. We desire to build a solid foundation of knowledge while also ministering to the needs of the whole child.
If you are interested in partnering with Calvary Chapel Schools to provide your child with a Christ-centered education, we invite you to apply.
Step 1: Explore - We recommend that parents begin by attending Info Night or scheduling a tour. We also encourage you to review our website and handbook to become familiar with Calvary Chapel School’s philosophies and guidelines. Pray and discern if CCS is the right school for your child. You can also fill out our CCS Interest Form to receive more information.
Step 2: Apply - Apply online through FACTS. New fall applications are made available on the 2nd of November. Otherwise, applications are available online throughout the year. Applicants are required to upload a copy of their most recent report card, behavior reports, and standardized test scores (test scores from a previous year are acceptable if the current year is not yet available). Incomplete applications will not be processed*.
Step 3: Interview - Once a completed application is received and processed by the Admissions Office, you will be contacted by the Admissions Department to schedule an interview.
Step 4: Enroll - If an offer of admission is presented, you will receive an enrollment packet via email. Complete the enrollment packet by uploading an immunization record, birth certificate, and paying the enrollment fee through FACTS. Once these steps are completed, you will receive confirmation of enrollment.
