Principal's Message

Welcome to the 2022/2023 school year. I’m looking forward to the wonderful work that the Lord is going to accomplish this year on our campus in the lives of our students. The administration has worked hard this summer to support the fresh and new work of the Holy Spirit. Several new changes have been instituted that will foster greater learning, enhance each child’s relationship with the Lord and each other, and create an environment where children can learn cooperatively together.

I am excited to announce the addition of our new Elementary School Vice-Principal, Lindsay White. Lindsay has an extensive background in elementary education and has spent the recent portion of her career teaching for us at the kindergarten and first-grade levels. She has most recently earned administrative experience by serving as our Kindergarten Grade-Level Coordinator. As a new administrator, Lindsay will bring a fresh and contemporary educational perspective that will support our teachers and enhance learning. Lindsay loves to serve the students, staff, and parents and is eager to influence learning through her knowledge and experience.

Over the summer, our Elementary School Office underwent a major remodeling and upgrade, and thanks to your generous Fun Run donations last year, every elementary classroom from kindergarten through the fifth grade now has a new sixty-five-inch Newline Smartboard. This technology, as well as several new Chromebooks, will serve as wonderful tools in assisting teachers to bring new and contemporary learning into each classroom.

As we progress through the year, the administration has chosen Ephesians 2:10 as our theme verse. “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.”  Yes, even though the world around us appears to be struggling, God has a new, fresh, and good plan for our elementary school this year!

I love the opportunity to meet with parents to discuss your thoughts, concerns, and ideas. If you feel the need or desire throughout the year to meet with me, please call and set up an appointment.

Wishing you and your beautiful children a successful and fruitful school year.
