Library Policies
Library Hours
Each class is assigned library time during the week. Open hours are during lunch and after-school.
After School Library Hours
Tuesday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Parents from K-5th grade are welcome to come in after school or to accompany their students to check out a book or read quietly with them.
Check-out Privileges
Your child will have a chance to check out books weekly. Kindergarten will check out one book every other week. 1st grade through 5th grade can check out 2 books. The due date will be 2 weeks from the checkout date for all students.

Lost/ Overdue Books
If your child's class has library on Mondays (for example 8/29 their books are due back Monday 9/12). If the books are not returned by the due date a charge of $.10 a day will start accumulating until the book is returned. If the book is not returned, after two weeks there will be a charge to your FACTS account. The charge will be for the original cost that the book was purchased. If you find the book after your FACTS account has been charged and you have paid your account, you can keep the book. If you have any questions, you can email me, call me or my door is always open.
